If yes, you are welcome to use our Information and Advice Appointments at our first floor offices in Thicketford Centre (there is a lift available).
Who is it for?
It is for you if you are in need of information or support. You may feel stressed or unwell and need guidance on services that could help you in your caring role. Or you may want to talk to us to get an ‘outside perspective’ on your situation. We can direct you to local services and provide a confidential listening ear. We are a friendly team, with personal experience of caring, so please don’t hesitate to contact us.
How do the appointments work?
When you visit the office, we will make you a cup of tea or coffee and a staff member will take you to a private room or office and give you as much time as you need to talk.
Do I need to ring beforehand?
Yes, we operate an appointment service - to request an appointment, please call our Carers Helpline 01204 363056 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with ‘Information and Advice Appointment’ as the subject.
